Historic building and rooms with a window to the rear. Helpful staff with a good portion of humor. Prime location, 10 minutes' walk to a Pontifical basilica.

Great location by the seafront and a short walk from the beach. The area felt safe and had a relaxing nightlife with local families out at nighttime. The host provided helpful instructions on how to keep the room cool during the hot day. The room itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the communal shower had short waits. The old charm of the house and the presence of an elevator added to the overall experience.
The shared bathroom including toilets could be inconvenient, particularly when someone was taking a shower. The hot water in the shower was difficult to manage, despite following the instructions.

This place has a comfortable bed, a good bathroom, a kitchen, and openable French windows in the room. The location is great and stunning, making it an easy walk to everywhere. Nearby there is a great place to chill out, Premiata Norcineria.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Petruzzelli Theatre. We were right next to the local bars and restaurants as well as other tourist attractions.
